The definitive British Sniper Rifle of 1944 was this Lee-Enfield No. 4 Mk I (T). Selected from standard
production lines for their exceptional accuracy, these rifles were sent to the renowned gunsmiths at
Holland & Holland for upgrade to Sniper Rifles.
They were modified with a wooden cheek rest, a modified rear aperture sight, and a robust side
mount system for the No. 32 telescopic sight.
Beautiful condition Enfield Sniper Rifle in 303 British caliber. They are very hard to find in this correct
original condition.
Comes with No 32 Scope in original Metal case (Sling strap is not originl).
Numbers on the Case and Scope Mount match the Rifle. Scope itself does not match number the
Rifle. Comes with correct leather scope caps.
The glass is clearly visable and the scope appears to function correctly.
Rifle has numerous markings as shown in pictures. All markings are stamped clearly.
Serial number M32543 is matched throughout on Receiver, Band and Scope Mount - also stenciled
on Metal Scope tin.
The M47C is noted on Band and Safety Lever. BSA Shirley M47C maker dated 1944.
British proof house marked on barrel at muzzle. Bore is very good on this unit.
A very nice example of the British Sniper Rifle.

When shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. We ship mainly at cost via Canada Post. We aim to have items out the door within 15 business days after auction close.
Please note that due to restrictions we will ship all Ammunition by courier Canada wide - No ammo can be shipped outside of Canada.. We will use whatever coourier serves your location and is the least expensive....
We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date.
Items over $200 will be insured and a signature 18+ is required (unless under $200 or going by letter mail).
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON LOTS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO SHIP TO YOU.
Shipping charges will be determined after preparation as we need to pack, weigh and measure each box. Your credit card will be charged this amount before the parcel leaves.

If shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. A $40.00 late payer fee may be added to any invoice that can't be processed at the conclusion of the sale. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct number and expiry date. Recurring problem payers will be banned from future sales. Bidders are responsible for full payment of all their purchases at the drop of the hammer. Our Consignors are paid based on the hammer price. We will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts until the amount is paid in full. Any purchase which has not been fully paid may be forfieted. There will be no refund of partial payments. No employee of KOS Auctions is authorized to make any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale other than the CEO. KOS Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in online listing. Firearm rateings in the online listing are subjective and are of visual opinion, no mechanical inspection or test firing is undertaken by KOS. Any concern must be addressed with a recognized gunsmith prior to firing any firearm.
CANADIAN BIDDERS: Firearms, Magazuines and Ammunition purchasers require a valid P.A.L. (Possession and Acquisition License). All restricted and prohibited firearms are registered with the Canadian Firearms Program and will be transferred to the purchaser following the completion of the sale and receipt of full payment provided the purchaser has the correct licensing documents.. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to determine that they have the correct category of license for the intended purchase prior to bidding. You will require a P.A.L. for all Prohibited/Restricted/Non-Restricted category firearms. No P.A.L. is required for Antique category firearms.
Ammunition and Firearms must be shipped to an address on file with the CFO. Ammunition and Firearms cannot be shipped in the same box.
Ammunition will now be shipped exclusively with UPS. We must ship Ammunition to your address on file with the CFO. Please ensure that you have a UPS delivery agent in your area prior to bidding, as UPS does not cover all rural areas.
Any items that are purchased that we are not able to deliver/ or you don’t have a valid license to possess will be sold at the next opportunity, any money paid by buyer will be forfieted..
As we are selling Firearms and Ammunition it is imperative that bidders/customers provide us their correct information. We require your full correct name as shown on your PAL, PAL number, date of birth, the mailing address that is associated with your PAL.
U.S.A./INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:
Please be advised that we cannot ship any sort of firearm directly to USA or International buyers. Buyers must use a third-party exporter for these items.
We cannot ship firearms, receivers, ammunition, primers, magazines, primed brass, air guns or grenades to USA or International buyers. These cannot be shipped by us or an exporter. Do not bid on these items.

You have sole responsibility for your purchases. You and or your importing FFL will be required to file paperwork with BATF in order to be able to import an item. Please check with your FFL and/or BATF regarding import of specific items. Not all firearms are able to be imported/exported into the USA. Note that any items that have been purchased but are deemed not importable/exportable will be forfited and no refunds will be given.
You have sole responsibility for your purchases. Please check with your governing body and Borderview to ensure your intended purchase is importable, as well as the third party exporter to ensure they will be able to export to your country, this should be done prior to bidding. Not all firearms are able to be imported/exported Internationally.
If you are unable to complete the transaction within 6 months, the lots will be sold at the next auction. Any monies paid will be forieted.
ALL BIDDERS:
BUYERS PREMIUM & TAXES: All items purchased online are subject to a 14% buyers premium. Canadian Taxes will be charged at the rate applicable to the shipping destination. Item(s) purchased and shipped outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes, however you will be responsible for customs or duty charges.

All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold 'As Is' without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneers may reject a bid at their discretion without reason or explanation. Bid increments are fixed for online only auctions. Bid increments are fixed for the pre-bidding and maximum bid portion of Online auctions.

All Firearms and Ammunition are sold as Collector lots only. Fitness to fire or otherwise discharge the Firearm or Ammunition is expressly denied by KOS Auctions. A competent Gunsmith should be consulted before attempting to use or fire any Firearm or Ammunition. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall KOS Auctions or its associated companies be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. If we sell firearms that have been previously de-activated by others, these may not meet current or exportable standards. Firearms de-activated by others may or may not have a de-activation letter available. We are not able to search for letters for firearms de-activated by others.
