This exquisite bracelet, signed by the designer, is
a classic example of the southwestern style of the
Navajo and Pueblo Indians. This vintage piece came
from the collection of Charlotte Eldridge, a well-known
TV personality in Phoenix, Arizona in the 1950’s and
1960’s. She was tireless in her efforts to help the
Arizona Indians and revered for her part in establishing
the Indian Center in Phoenix. This bracelet was a gift to
her. The 65-year-old bracelet includes 82 “spiderweb”
turquoise stones. “Spiderweb” turquoise is rare and
contains a matrix in thin, delicate, web-like patterns
across the face of the gemstone. Charlotte’s daughter,
Alice, is honored to fully donate this rare piece to RMEF
to support wildlife.
