2023 Nevada Turkey Heritage Tag
Any wild turkey, in any unit with an open turkey season.
Season March 18, 2023 – May 7, 2023. See NDOW website for exact dates.
A great opportunity to roam the state of Nevada in search of the cagey tom turkey. Any legal weapon may be used throughout the season, and hunts include all open seasons across the State of Nevada. All proceeds go to the State of Nevada for wildlife conservation efforts.

BP, Taxes and Fees
No Buyer’s premium charged on this auction. However, winning buyers wishing to pay with a credit card will be charged a convenience fee of 3% of the total winning bid to cover fees and assure the full winning bid is received by the State of Nevada.

Shipping Details:
Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. SCI Las Vegas assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until SCI Las Vegas bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES SCI LAS VEGAS TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until SCI Las Vegas’ bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card will be charged an additional 3% administration fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
SCI Las Vegas is organized to benefit hunters and sportsmen and women’s rights and the conservation of wildlife across the globe by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals and/or companies.

Any bid made at a SCI Las Vegas auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, online or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the fifth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 10% per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late. Auction items must be paid for by the close of the banquet. Payments will be taken at the auction payment table during the banquet. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the second highest bidder is unknown, the President shall dispose of the item at his/her discretion.

NEVADA HERITAGE TAGS. SCI Las Vegas strongly encourages Special Permit buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the State of Nevada and area where he/she is hunting. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law. It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the State of Nevada.

ONLINE BIDDING: All online bidders will be required to abide by the terms and conditions established by Online Hunting Auctions.com. Bidders are responsible to familiarize themselves with those terms and conditions.

FIREARMS: Firearms transfers are handled exclusively through SCI Las Vegas’ partner, Overton Ace Hardware, in Overton Nevada. If the firearm is to be shipped, shipping must be done in accordance with state and federal firearms laws, and must be arranged and paid for through Overton Ace Hardware. In person buyers agree to collect their firearms in person at Overton Ace Hardware. Only the successful winner of the auction, as Listed by SCI Las Vegas on the winner form may collect the firearm at Overton Ace Hardware.

SCI LAS VEGAS AUCTION ITEM POLICY:
All goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by SCI Las Vegas, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold ‘’AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of SCI Las Vegas. SCI Las Vegas provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. SCI Las Vegas does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.

All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by SCI Las Vegas. SCI Las Vegas shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, SCI Las Vegas cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. SCI Las Vegas cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. SCI Las Vegas reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available. Only SCI Las Vegas exhibitors may solicit and/ or market to permit buyers or attendees on the banquet or auction floor during our banquet. Solicitation by non-exhibitors violates SCI Las Vegas banquet policy and is prohibited.

AUCTION ITEM SCHEDULE/
PAYMENT/PICK-UP
Silent Auction results will be posted at the close of the auction in the Silent Auction Area and at the Registration Desk. Payments will be taken at the payment desk during and immediately following the banquet. Arrangements for item pick up can be made at that time.

Items may be picked up during the auctions with proof of payment. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available at the banquet to assist you in obtaining your item.
