SVT 40 Semi Auto Rifle 1941 Issue 7.62 x 54R Russian Military

The SVT-40 Samozaryadnaya Vintovka Tokareva, Tokarev self-loading rifle, model
of 1940, Russian: often nicknamed Sveta is a Soviet semi-automatic battle rifle that
saw widespread service during and after World War II.
It was intended to be the new service rifle of the Soviet Red Army, but its production
was disrupted by the German invasion in 1941, resulting in a change back to the
Mosin–Nagant rifle for the duration of World War II.
After the war, the Soviet Union adopted new rifles, such as the SKS and the AK-47.

This particular unit is dated 1941 is typical of its type made early 1940's. Has the early
multi hole muzzle break.
Bore is fair and stock shows many armory repairs. Wood and receiver are matched numbers
Bolt is force matched in armory. Unit functions perfectly and gas system is set to 3
which allows gun to cycle all ammo well.

Comes with original sling too..
