Sanctuary Ranch will provide basic venison processing of the backstraps, tenderloins and hams. Hunters requesting additional or specialty processing, including jerky, meat sticks, ground venison or other specialty cuts, may have their venison taken to Ebel’s, our local processor. All specialty processing charges are the responsibility of the hunter. Sanctuary Ranch will professionally cape each harvested deer for the type of mount requested by the hunter. Taxidermy services and all associated costs are not included in the package and are the responsibility of the hunter. Sanctuary Ranch can provide contact information for a taxidermist we regularly work with if requested, but all taxidermy arrangements will be made directly between the hunter and the taxidermist. Our goal at Sanctuary Ranch is to provide every guest with much more than a hunt. We want them to leave with an experience they will remember for the rest of their lives and friendships that continue long after the hunt is over.
