You will have the weekend of a lifetime while you enjoy gorgeous sunsets, delicious chuck wagon meals and spectacular hunting! This hunt can be taken November – January 2020 or 2021. BE SURE YOU GET YOUR HUNT PACKET FROM THE CASHIER. Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them. Items or hunts not picked up will be considered a ‘no sale’ item.

HARD GOODS: All items are to be picked up and transported by the buyer or winner and must leave the venue on Saturday evening. The Chapter does not provide packaging or shipping. Chapter assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during packing or transportation

It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
Silent Auctions will close 8 PM each night.
Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter. Chapter does not guarantee the satisfaction of the buyer or the donor, the size or number of trophy animals or the buyer‘s shooting ability.
