Holt Lake Lodge 7 day Fly-in Bear Hunt/Fishing Trip Combo
Longtime SCI member and donor Kim Hoffman has donated a fantastic Canadian black bear hunt for this year’s auction. For 7 days you’ll be hunting for huge Canadian black bear and fishing for monster Northern Pike and Lake Trout. The fly-in lodge is designed for the do-it-yourself hunter/angler, giving you the location, transportation, and necessities for the trip and allowing you full freedom to hunt and fish as you like. The hunt will take place in the Spring between the dates of May 30 to June 13, 2020 with 2019 being an option if it is available. Holt Lake Lodge provides float plane service from the pickup point to Holt Lake and offers fully supplied cabins with running hot and cold water but you will have to provide your own food, beverages, and hunting gear for the trip. The bear hunt is fully guided and will be from blinds or stands over bait and can be either rifle or archery. Fishing is always available on the lake and this package includes boats, motors, and fuel so go ahead and catch some fresh fish for dinner!
