Aleksandar Belancic of Safari Art & European Hunting Adventures is donating a 5-day/6-night hunt (3 days of hunting and 2 days of touring) and the trophy fee for one Roe Deer up to 350 grams. This includes the day rates for either two hunters or one hunter and one observer.
The arrival and departure point this donation is Belgrade, Serbia, where you will be met by a representative from European Hunting Adventures. Your adventure will include 3 full days of hunting (mornings 4:00 to 10:00 am, evenings 4:00 – 9:00pm), followed by two days of visiting historical sites such as the Orthodox monasteries on Fruska Gora in Novi Sad and the Temple of Saint Sava in Belgrade, Serbia.
Included: are the trophy fees for one Roe Deer (up to 350 grams), arrival/departure day, 6 nights’ accommodations and meals, 3 hunting days, 2 tourism days, hunting organization, arrival/departure customs formalities support, use of 4x4 vehicle during the stay (2 hunters in one vehicle), lodging and full board in 3-4 star hotels or hunting lodges, assistance of professional hunter and local game keepers, and field preparation of trophies.
Not Included: are airfare, additional trophy fees, Roe Deer trophy fee for 2nd hunter, trophy fee larger Roe Deer or other animals, rental of rifle/ammo ($150), and VAT tax (20% of total bill, which includes the donation value), Serbian hunting license ($140), official measurement per trophy ($35), caping ($100 per trophy) and packing/export/documentation/shipping of trophies, drinks, and tips/gratuities.
The hunt should occur between April 15th through May 31st, or from July 25th through August 10th (breeding season), in 2019 or 2020
Additional hunter, observer, days and trophies may be added to this hunt as per the following:
Hunter $4,100, Observer $2,500, Hunter Day Rate $550, Observer $350 per day
Roe deer up to gold medal $1,500, 5 roe deer up to gold medal package $4,500
Russian wild boar $1,500, Mouflon sheep $3,500, Racka sheep $3,450, Feral goat $2,450, Jackal $1,100, Wild cat $1,850, Badger $950, Marten $800, Fox $350, Wild turkey $800.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”). All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase. If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
SCI-AK is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
SCI-AK has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-AK does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the SCI-AK donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-AK with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to SCI-AK within 12 months of the auction date.
SCI-AK does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is”, including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of SCI-AK or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-AK and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-AK and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-AK or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
SCI-AK reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
