The winning bidder is responsible for shipping costs of physical items.
Day 1: Reception at the airport Belgrade, transfer to hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 2-4: Hunting days (morning hunt from 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM, evening hunt from 4:00 PM – 21:00 PM, return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 5: After breakfast transfer to Novi Sad (if previously not accommodated in Novi Sad), arrival at the hotel and departure for a tour of several Orthodox monasteries on Fruska Gora, lunch on the way. Arrival to Novi Sad in the afternoon and visit of the city and Petrovaradin fortress. Diner in some local restaurant or in hotel, overnight.
Day 6. After breakfast transfer to Belgrade, visit Kalemegdan fortress with military museum, orthodox Temple of Saint Sava and tour of the city, lunch in one of the famous restaurants in Belgrade, return in Novi Sad in the afternoon and free time, dinner and overnight.
Day 7. Transfer to the airport for departure.
Description of the hunt:
Hunting on Roebuck is typical for this part of Europe. Hunt is in cultivated fields, searching by off road vehicles and shooting on foot. Normally you can see 50-100 animals by exit depending on the height of vegetation and weather conditions.
INCLUDED:
6 nights, 3 hunting days, 2 tourism days, 1 representative roe deer up to 350 gr., assistance for settlement of customs formalities at Belgrade airport in arrival and departure, use of 4x4 vehicle during the stay (2 hunters with one vehicle), lodging and full board in 3-4 star hotels or hunting lodges, assistance of professional hunter and local game keepers, field preparation of trophies.
NOT INCLUDED:
Airfare tickets, rent a rifle with ammo ($150) for hunt, VAT 20% (be added on donation value and total bill), Serbian hunting license ($140), official measurement ($35 per trophy), cape ($100), single 4x4 vehicle for hunt ($200 pre day), packing, export documentation and sending of trophies, tips, drinks and gratuities.
DATES: April 15 – September 30, best period April 15 – May 31 and July 25 – August 10 (breeding season) 2026 or 2027.
HUNTING UPGRADES:
Extra hunter ($4,100), extra observer ($2,500), Extra hunting day ($550), extra observer day ($350). Additional animals can be added at current price list.
Catfish fishing – whole day fishing on river Tisa with unlimited amount of fish (included lunch, boat, fishing equipment, etc.) ($850 for 2 persons).

Wine tasting tour – daily tour with included visit of 3 wineries around Novi Sad, with the assistance of a person who is an expert in wine-sommelier, lunch in some nice restaurant in Novi Sad, English speaking driver with luxury car ($550 for 2 persons).
Historic tour – daily tour with included visit of Viminacium (ancient Roman city), Golubac (medieval fortress on the Danube) and Monastery Tumane, with English speaking guide and driver with luxury car and lunch in nice restaurant on Silver lake (tourist resort) ($700 for 2 persons).
Natural beauties tour – daily tour with included visit of Resavska cave, Waterfall “Veliki Buk”, Miniatures park and Monastery “Manasija”, with English speaking guide and driver with luxury car and lunch in nice restaurant on “Moravske kolibe” (ethno village resort) ($ 700 for 2 persons).
Balkan tour (Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia) – six days tour with included visit of Sarajevo, Mostar, Dubrovnik, Split, Plitvice Lake and Zagreb, with English speaking guide and driver with luxury car, with accommodation and meals in nice hotels and restaurants ($7,000 for 2 persons) - minimum deadline for booking is 6 months before the trip.
Timisoara tour (Romania) – daily tour with included visit of the most significant squares in the city - Unity Square (Piaţa Unirii), Liberty Square and Victory Square, with English speaking guide and driver with luxury car and lunch in nice restaurant in the city ($700 for 2 persons).
Count Dracula tour (Romania) – six days tour with included visit of Timisoara, Brasov, Bran (Dracula) Castle, Sinaia with Peles Castle, Bucharest, Deva and Arad, with English speaking guide and driver with luxury car, with accommodation and meals in nice hotels and restaurants $6,000 for 2 persons) - minimum deadline for booking is 6 months before the trip.
Budapest tour (Hungary) – daily tour with included visit one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, with English speaking guide and driver with luxury car and lunch in nice restaurant in the city ($850 for 2 persons).
Hungary tour – four days tour with included visit Budapest-one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, Lake Balaton and Szentendre with Marcipan Museum, with English speaking guide and driver with luxury car, with accommodation and meals in nice hotels and restaurants ($5,750 for 2 persons) - minimum deadline for booking is 6 months before the trip.

Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder and the shipper of their choice. DSC Northeast assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC Northeast's bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, DSC Northeast will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, DSC Northeast may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. DSC Northeast reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. DSC Northeast reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. All items sold through DSC Northeast are received from third party vendors. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC Northeast, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Northeast. DSC Northeast makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. DSC Northeast does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC Northeast. DSC Northeast makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by DSC Northeast. DSC Northeast shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC Northeast cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC Northeast be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services or merchandise acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC Northeast shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. DSC Northeast will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on DSC Northeast`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. DSC Northeast does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. DSC Northeast may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
