American made purpose-built long range single-shot bolt action rifle chambered for .50 Browning Machine Gun, and manufactured in Tampa, FL. This is Mark Serbu's first design available for the market (circa 1999), it was produced using modern manufacturing methods and the highest quality MIL-spec steels. Rifle features a parkerized finish, 22" carbine length match grade steel barrel, 1x14 RH muzzle threads, four port round 'Shark Brake,' smooth curved AR-15 style trigger with a custom hammer, spring loaded firing pin, no provision for iron sights, bipod mount on the barrel shroud, and a 5" screwed-on picatinny rail section on the barrel shroud. The sunthetic furniture consists of a receiver that extends back into a fixed should stock, black plastic A2 style checkered pistol grip, a 14-1/2" barrel shroud/forend, and a black Terminator rubber recoil pad with a black spacer. The original parkerized finish retained is approximately 96% with very minor edge wear, light handling wear, and light brush marks on the top of the receiver. Metal displays no deformation, and no rust was observed. The bore is bright with strong rifling, and the action is smooth and crisp. Furniture is in very good to excellent condition with the recoil pad showing slight handling wear.
Condition is NRA Very Good.
