Copper River Sockeye Salmon are the most abundant species of salmon in the Copper River Delta. Sockeye Salmon has a deep red flesh, firm texture, and rich flavor. They are perfect for grilling, frying, and roasting. Our Sockeye salmon is sold in either 10, 20 pound or 40lb boxes of portions or whole one-half fish fillets. Our portions are hand-cut, pin bones removed, individually vacuum sealed, and flash-frozen for quality. These steps ensure your salmon boasts a premium taste and high quality of this one-of-a-kind product.

Merchandise. SCI has obtained all merchandise/goods from Third Parties. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI makes no warranty and bears no responsibility for the quality, quantity, or fitness for any use of any merchandise, as all are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
