PLEASE VIEW ENTIRE LOT 0C FOR COMPLETE SHIPPING DETAILS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
We do not ship outside of Canada. Shipping option only.
At this time, we do not accept International bidders, and therefore do not ship items outside of Canada.
The address we have on file for you is the one you provided when you signed up for the sale on ICollector/bidder portal.
If you're moving while we're in the shipping process, and your item(s) have not been dispatched yet, just drop us an email at info@truenortharms.com and we'll update your profile for you. Please note: this update may change your shipping costs, and you may incur additional charges to cover the total cost of shipping your item(s).
If changes to your shipping details are required after your item has been shipped, we cannot rectify the issue and you will have to contact the shipping carrier.
TNA cannot stop OR pause delivery OR change your shipping address once the item(s) are dispatched from our warehouse. TNA does not guarantee any delivery times and will not issue refunds for parcels that do not arrive by a specific date.
We typically ship out items 5-14+ business days after an auction is completed. Please be advised this can change from time to time depending on staff availability, size of auction and number of lots, etc. .
This also means that if you require a change to your shipping details - please contact us within 5 days AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS, in order to give us enough time to pull your order from the queue and make any necessary changes to it. Please be aware that some changes to your order/shipping details may incur additional fees to your account (example: you moved further away from our shipping location, therefore it will now cost more to ship to your new address).
TNA reserves the right to determine which carrier your package will be shipped by. We typically use Canada Post and UPS, but may exercise our authority to use a different carrier if and when it is deemed necessary. Carrier used may depend on size of parcel, weight of parcel, shipping destination and/or regulations. Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped in the same package, applicable charges will be issued to each box.
TNA also reserves the right to determine how item(s) are packaged together and if/when they will require additional boxes/postage, if the items will need to be shipped/packaged separately.
Shipping charges are determined after we pack up your order. You are then charged the exact cost of shipping based on size and weight of parcel, handling fees and surcharges. Shipping costs are charged to your credit card on file (unless otherwise stated) before we ship your item(s) out and must be paid in full.
If you’re paying for the shipping costs with the Email Money Transfer (EMT) payment method, we must receive full payment of shipping charges no later than 2 business days after your shipping costs are determined and submitted to you.
You will receive an email from us with an invoice including details of your shipping cost and further instructions.
WE SHIP ITEMS OUT 5 to 14+ BUSINESS DAYS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE) AFTER AN AUCTION HAS ENDED AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE DETERMINED & SUBMITTED TO THE WINNING BIDDERS. THIS TIMEFRAME MAY CHANGE DEPENDING ON TIME OF YEAR AND STAFF AVAILABILITY, SUCH AS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
Bidders must be ready to pay for shipping costs directly after the auction ends and once we determine your parcels weight and size. This could be anywhere between 5 and 14+ business days after an auction ends (subject to change). It is imperative that you have funds available during that timeline. Failure to pay for shipping results in delayed processing and/or denial of purchasability/ownership and other policy actions will be initiated.
All parcels are insured and require an 18+ signature (unless under $100 and are shipped by lettermail at bidder’s risk).
Insurance and tracking information will not be provided for items under $100. These item(s) are shipped by lettermail. Nevertheless, if you require insurance OR tracking, we can make arrangements to ship your item(s) in a box, if this is the case you will be charged applicable insurance and handling fees. Please send an email to info@truenortharms.com after the completion of the sale if you would prefer your items to be boxed instead of being sent in an envelope.
Please view below for complete details on insurance coverage rates.
SHIPPING FIREARMS, AMMUNITION & OTHER REGULATED ITEMS
All firearms and ammunition must be shipped to the same address you have on file with the Chief Firearms Office . It is mandatory that the bidder’s shipping address for all firearms and ammunition purchases corresponds to the bidder's address on file with the CFO, and this address should also match the one used during registration for this auction.
Please note: If you are purchasing a firearm/ammo/regulated item, and require a change to your shipping address, your “new” address must be reported immediately to the CFO, and therefore must match with your PAL.
Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped together. In such cases if firearms and ammunition are won/purchased by the same bidder/purchaser, the bidder/purchaser will be required to pay shipping for each separate package.
Shipment of restricted and prohibited firearms is only authorized once the transfer has been approved. Firearms transfer will start when the firearm is paid for in full (not including shipping).
AMMUNITION CANNOT BE SENT TO A P.O BOX. AMMO MUST BE SENT TO THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS ON FILE WITH THE CFO.
Before you go all in on buying ammo, check if there's a UPS delivery agent/depot in your area. UPS has multiple restricted zones across Canada that include many rural areas, so it's better to be aware of that before you bid. NO REFUNDS ON ORDERS THAT COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TO YOU.
Check with your local area before you bid if UPS delivers to your postal code, or contact us for assistance info@truenortharms.com in determining if we can ship to your postal code BEFORE the auction begins. We will not refund and/or exchange your purchase if the item was undeliverable to your address due your postal code being in a restricted zone. In such cases, your credit card will also be charged for the applicable return delivery, handling, and administrative fees.
Shipping ammunition is heavy, so you're looking at a minimum charge of around $35.00.
Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Kindly ensure to check your junk email folder as well. The email containing the tracking number will be sent by the shipping company.
Need an invoice that breaks down individual shipping charges? You must email us at info@truenortharms.com within 3 days of the auction closing, or we will be unable to accommodate your request as there is a high-volume of order intakes, and we must flag your invoice in the que PRIOR to determine any shipment charges.
Are you still waiting for your tracking number and saw the charge on your credit card? Drop us an email at info@truenortharms.com and we'll sort you out.
The customer shall bear the cost of shipping, which will be determined based on the actual expenses incurred, including handling fees and surcharges. (It is worth noting that during Peak Season, fuel surcharge rates will be applied by all couriers, resulting in higher shipping costs during those particular periods).
The cost of shipping for all items is determined by several factors, including the value, size, weight, destination, and packaging fee. Shipping charges for firearms can fluctuate depending on their value and the shipping location also.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance is automatically charged to all orders (unless under $100 and are shipped by lettermail or otherwise stated).
Insurance and tracking information will not be provided for items under $100 and are shipped by lettermail. Nevertheless, if you require insurance or tracking, we can make arrangements to ship them in a box. Please send an email to info@truenortharms.com after the completion of the sale if you would prefer your items to be boxed instead of being sent in an envelope.
Shipping insurance is an added surcharge on top of the base shipping cost.
Break down of our shipping insurance is as follows:

Please note, more insurance coverage = increased costs (ie. you cannot request for more insurance coverage on a parcel, and not pay the extra costs associated with it. Shipping insurance is not free!).

Buying a gun or ammo? Please read everything below.
FIREARMS & AMMUNITION PURCHASES
All purchases of firearms and ammunition require a P.A.L (Possession and Acquisition License).
Purchases of restricted and/or prohibited items are required to be registered with the Canadian Firearms Program and are transferred to the purchaser once the sale’s transaction is completed and we receive full payment. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to know if they have the correct level on their PAL to their intended purchase. We will not issue refunds and/or do exchanges for errors if the bidder/purchaser fails to provide proper documentation for their purchase and/or fails to purchase an item they cannot legally own. Do your homework before you buy!
Bidders will require a valid PAL for all purchases of non-restricted, restricted, prohibited category firearms and ammunition. When entering your PAL information, PLEASE ENSURE IT IS CORRECT. PAL info we need: full correct name as shown on your PAL, PAL number, date of birth, the mailing address that is associated with your PAL.
If you made a mistake on your account and you have not bid yet, please contact us to correct it info@truenortharms.com. If you made a mistake and already made your bid, but require your documents to be restarted due to an error on your part, you will be charged a $25 administrative fee per lot.
Failure to provide valid PAL will result in the item being sold at the next available opportunity, and applicable commission and administrative fees will be applied to your credit card.
PAL REF. # REQUEST AND PROCESS
When buying a gun or ammo we’ll need to obtain a reference number from the RCMP to validate your license before we ship it to you or start the transfer. This reference number is valid for 90 days from the date it is initiated and is solely for the seller (TNA) and the buyer (you).
In relation to the PAL reference number request, we are also required to confirm your PAL validity by viewing the PAL I.D as well as one other piece of Government photo I.D.
If you’re the winning bidder of a non-restricted firearm lot, we’ll send you a follow up email requesting you submit to us photos of your PAL and Gov. ID (front and back). We will need to see and verify this information prior to shipping. This process is secure and safe, and we do not store your information on our systems, therefore any additional uploads will have to be completed for every shipment.
If you’re unable to submit your documentation to us in the specified timeline, your order may be delayed its processing and shipment, you may be charged storage and administrative fees, may be resold at the next opportunity and charged commision fees.
All firearms and ammunition must be shipped to the same address you have on file with the CFO.
Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped together. In such cases, the bidder/purchaser will be required to pay shipping for both packages.
Shipment of restricted and prohibited firearms is only authorized once the transfer has been approved. Firearms transfer will start when the firearm is paid for in full (not including shipping).
All shipments are sent to the bidders address and must be the same address associated with the bidder’s billing address and/or PAL address.
If you’re buying ammo, make sure there is a UPS depot near/in your community. UPS has multiple restricted zones across Canada that include many rural areas. Check with your local area before you bid, or contact us for assistance info@truenortharms.com. We will not refund and/or exchange your purchase if the item was undeliverable to your address due to failing to confirm your postal code is not restricted. In such cases, your credit card will also be charged for the return delivery, handling, and administrative fees.
BUYERS PREMIUM & PROVINCIAL TAXES:
All items purchased are subject to 15% Buyers Premium. Canadian taxes are charged at the applicable Provincial rate to the item’s shipping destination. We do not ship outside of Canada.
