How often do you get the chance to design your own 6-course meal for 8 people without all the shopping, prep and cooking? Pizzaz owner, Veronica Ronnau and Banquet Chair, Patty Ehrhardt will be your chefs for the evening. The meal will be prepared and served at Pizzaz on Central Avenue in downtown Great Falls. Ron & Sarah Warren from Alaska Family Seafoods in Sitka, Alaska have kindly donated Spot Prawns (blast frozen at – 40 degrees within one hour of leaving the sea) for this extravagant Surf & Turf Dinner. The only difficult task you will have is choosing your friends and the cuisine. “One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well” Truly an event for the discerning pallet.
