Smith and Wesson 1st Model Hand Ejector revolver, .44 S&W Special caliber, Serial #13318. The pistol is in fine overall condition with a 6 ½” barrel. The pistol retains approximately 90% of its factorynickel finish with light holster wear noted at the muzzle, some loss of finish on the cylinder and light freckling on the frame. The pistol features a five screw frame with muted case coloring on the hammer andtrigger. The checkered wood gold medallion grips are in very good condition with only storage marks noted. The bore is good, the action crisp and markings are sharp. Also known as the .44 New Century Triple Lock, 1st Model Hand Ejectors were introduced in 1908 and manufactured until 1915.
