Sabudawn Safaris Southern Africa has donated a 7-day/7-night plains game safari for four hunters x two professional hunters (2x1).
The package includes 7 nights accommodations for four hunters with 6 full days of hunting, all meals and beverages, 2 professional hunters with fully equipped hunting vehicles. Each hunter gets to hunt 2 animals from the list (impala, blesbok, warthog, steenbok, duiker). Extra animals and extra hunting days may be added as per the normal price list.
This is an all-inclusive package with accommodations for 7 nights for 4 people at their lodge in Limpopo, South Africa. The lodge is 4 hours drive from Johannesburg International Airport. The cost of airport transfer is $200 per person. The lodge consists of 4 luxurious rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The lodge also has a BBQ area, dining area, and bar. Dinners and breakfast will be served in the dining area where you will taste traditional South African dishes. Lunches are served either at the lodge or in the field depending on the hunting situation.
The hunting area that surrounds the lodge is 13,000 acres and there are numerous hunting concessions in the area that exceed 140,000 acres of hunting land. The four hunters can each choose two of the following animals each: impala blesbok, warthog, steenbok, or duiker. Hunters can add extra animals per the standard price list. You will be guided by a professional hunter at all times during the hunt. Field preparation of animals will be done by your PH and skinners.
This package cannot be combined with any other package bought from another company. All trophies to be handled by African Dip and Pack Taxidermy (price not included in the package). Also, not included is airfare, government fees, and gratuities.

Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them.

In case of dispute between bidders, the auctioneer, shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder
It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the hunt or trip donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements. If you fail to contact the donor within thirty days of the date of your purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
All auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all hunts or trips must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
A majority of outfitters do not allow "stringing" of donation hunts (purchase of multiple hunts in a single country), even if it is not explicitly stated in the hunt description, so please don't buy more than one hunt per country. If you want to string together two or more donated hunts, be sure to gain the approval of ALL the outfitters ahead of bidding, to ensure they will honor your purchases.
Auction hunts are donated in good faith by the donor. Donations are made to both raise money for our core missions, and secondly to attract new customers to outfitters. Most outfitters do not accept multiple purchases by the same bidder to be used all together as one item. Please be respectful of the opportunity you have been offered!
Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter.
