Included in this great trip is a 3-day Sable hunt followed by a 3-night retreat to the beautiful, world renowned, Victoria Falls, Livingstone-Zambia. 1 hunter & 1 observer. Rifle or Handgun. This trip can be scheduled with outfitter for open dates in 2020 or 2021. While hunting you will be staying 3 nights at Jannie Otto Safari Lodge, 1 hour’s drive from Kimberley airport. Safari includes accommodations, daily fees, full safari staff, meals, trophy fee for Sable, airport pick-up, and drop off at Kimberley Airport, hunting license and field prep of trophies. Then travel to Victoria Falls, Zambia for a 3 nights stay- flights included (Johannesberg to Livingstone and return) transfer to Lodge in Livingstone, accommodations while in Livingstone and breakfast. Choose from numerous optional activities while visiting Victoria Falls, like helicopter flight over the Falls, Zambezi Sunset Cruise, Chobe Botswana day tour, boat ride, and open vehicle game drive, are just a few of many optional choices.
Hunt can be upgraded to include extra nights, species, hunters, and observers subject to outfitters price list. Not Included are community fund fee of $100/day, $50/day observer and optional activities costs. Extra hunter $600/night, observer $250/night. Value $10,700

BE SURE YOU GET YOUR HUNT PACKET FROM THE CASHIER. Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them. Items or hunts not picked up will be considered a ‘no sale’ item.

HARD GOODS: All items are to be picked up and transported by the buyer or winner and must leave the venue on Saturday evening. The Chapter does not provide packaging or shipping. Chapter assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during packing or transportation

After each item‘s sale, the successful bidder will be given an Auction sale receipt for signature. For silent auctions a list of High Bidders will be circulated to each table. An Auction Sales receipt will be presented at time of payment for Silent Auction items.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
Silent Auctions will close 8 PM each night.
Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter. Chapter does not guarantee the satisfaction of the buyer or the donor, the size or number of trophy animals or the buyer‘s shooting ability.
