Giuseppe Carrizosa of Spain (SCI’s 2009 Int’l Professional Hunter of the Year) is donating five days four nights hunt in Spain for one hunter and the choice of bringing one observer or $2,000 credit towards trophy fees (maximum $1000 per trophy). This hunt is good for 2018 or 2019.

Included in this donation is the reception at Madrid’s Int’l Airport including assistance with your gun clearance at the airport, full board top-class accommodations plus all land transportation up to 5 days and English speaking professional hunter plus local gamekeepers that will scout each area before hunter gets there.

The hunter is responsible for trophy fees. The species available are any of our four different varieties of Spanish Ibex (Gredos, Beceite, Southeastern & Ronda) at $7,900/each. Also available are Iberian Red Deer, European Fallow Deer, Iberian Mouflon Sheep, and Balearean Boc - $4,900/each, European Roe Deer - $3,700, Pyrenean or Cantabrian Chamois - $5,500/each, and Aoudad - $6,900 each. Other costs are hunting insurance ($95), hunting license ($295/state) and 21% V.A.T. on the total value including the donated days, veterinary certificates of $195/ trophy, and field prep of trophies with dipping and packing. The trip can be extended at $790 per day for hunters and observers at $390 per day plus VAT. All costs are in US $. The trip does not include airfares and hotels and meals before or after.

Accommodations will be at El Castañar, their XVth century hunting lodge while hunting in the Toledo Mts. This property has been owned by the same family since the XVth century and has hosted the Spanish Royal family hunts for generations. While hunting in other mountain ranges, you will stay at the nicest hotels close to the hunting areas and enjoy the finest restaurants where traditional cuisine is spectacular.

Most of the hunts take place at Natural Parks, the vast wildlife areas directly managed by the Game Department, where animals are free roaming with almost no hunting pressure. There are very many professional gamekeepers scouting the area before the hunter gets there, and the success rate has been 100% for several years. Having the possibility to hunt there is a privilege, and it is worth pointing out that our hunters have broken world records several times in these areas.

Besides top class accommodations and spectacular cuisine, you will enjoy breathtaking sceneries, get to see how fighting bulls are raised and managed, tourism, golf, wonderful shopping and sightseeing. Giuseppe encourages you to bring your spouse, as this unforgettable experience is as enjoyable for the hunter as it is for the companion.

Giuseppe politely asks the lucky bidder not to combine this hunt with any other one from another Spanish outfitter.

Please contact Giuseppe on his cell + (34) 686 935 651 or via email at giuseppecarrizosa@gamil.com, and visit their website at http://www.giuseppecarrizosa.com/.

SCI Calgary thanks Giuseppe for this donation and his continued support.
