Ignacio Navasques from Great Spanish Hunts is donating a 4-day stay for up
to 8 couples at La Flamenca luxury lodge while you shoot red-legged
partridge in Spain! This top-class lodge offers high-end service with
world-class cuisine and top Spanish wines.
This donation also includes a $10,000 credit toward three days of red-legged
partridge shooting. Great Spanish Hunts offers some of the finest partridge
shooting in Spain, and their estate has one of the longest shooting
traditions for red-legged partridge among the Spanish Royal family and bird
shooters in the country. Their shooting operation is endorsed by Browning,
AYA, GRULLA, and others, so the finest matched pairs of shotguns will be
available onsite for the guests who prefer to travel without guns. This donation is for up to 10 shooters; the remaining guests should be observers.
PLEASE NOTE: the minimum partridge bag is 1,500 birds for the group over the
three days. This totals $72,000 in birds ($48 per bird). Factoring in the
$10,000 bird credit, the winning bidders will be responsible for the
difference in price, which will be $62,000. Any birds over the 1,500 will be charged at $42 per bird. They will also be responsible for 21% mandatory VAT on the full donation value of $34,000, which totals $7,140.
La Flamenca Estate is only 45 minutes from both Toledo and Madrid, so great
tourism opportunities are available for any observers, at an additional
cost. Great Spanish Hunts will help make these arrangements.
All transfers from the Madrid Airport to the estate and back with English-speaking drivers, hunting licenses, insurance, and cartridges are included in this donation. Not included are partridges exceeding the $10,000 given credit and 21% VAT on the full donation value of $34,000 ($7,140). This hunt must be taken between January 2016 and 15 March 2017.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. WFI assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until WFI’s bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until WFI’s bank confirms full payment has been received. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration form and sign and return an authorization form, which will be emailed upon receipt of the application. A credit card must be provided to verify available funds up to anticipated amount they wish to bid (Bid Limit). Once all executed documents are received and approved, Weatherby Foundation International (WFI) will enable online bidding.
2. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON AN ITEM, THE ONLINE BIDDER MUST PLACE AN INITIAL BID ON THEIR DESIRED ITEM(S) BY 12PM THE DATE THE ITEM(S) ARE TO BE AUCTIONED. A PREAUTHORIZATION OF 50% OF THE VALUE WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.
3. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will charged the full amount of each successful bid and the bidder will be furnished an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase. BIDDER AGREES THAT HE OR SHE WILL, WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE RECEIVING SAID ACKNOWLEDGMENT, REPLY BY EMAIL OR PHONE CONFIRMATION OF THE BID AND AMOUNT. IF SAID CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN THE DESIGNATED TIME FRAME, THE ITEM MAY BE RE-PLACED FOR AUCTION.
4. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. WFI reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. WFI reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH WFI ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
GOODS: ALL GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTION AND SUPER SILENT AUCTION HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED OR OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES. THE HIGH BIDDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY WFI, AND IS ADVISED, IN THE CASE OF FIREARMS, KNIVES, BULLETS OR OTHER WEAPONS TO SECURE A COMPETENT INSPECTION AND TEST OF THE GOODS BEFORE USE. THE GOODS IN THE LIVE AUCTION ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF WFI. THE HIGH BIDDER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PURCHASE IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, AND THAT SHOULD LEGAL ACTION BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FOR THE SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE ACQUIRED BY THE HIGH BIDDER AT THE AUCTION, WFI SHALL BE ENTITLED TO ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES, COST OF COURT AND INTEREST AS PROVIDED BY LAW.
9. WFI’s auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
10. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. WFI will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on WFI’s or Bidder’s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder’s internet connection, computer or system. WFI does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
11. WFI may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
12. WFI reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
