Turnpike Ridge Quebec is offering this fully donated Spring Black Bear hunt for 1 hunter to be scheduled either the week of May 29 or the week of June 19, 2016. If the successful bidder wishes to postpone until 2017, you will need to make arrangements with the outfitter. This 5 day hunt is on the north side of the St. Lawrence Seaway and based out of L’ Auberge du la Rouge, Quebec. The lodge and cabins are 80 miles north of Forestville, Quebec on Lac Crevet. This four-star facility has all the amenities to make your stay very comfortable in this wilderness setting. The cost of a hunting license is $170 (Canadian). You may use muzzleloader, rifle, bow or crossbow for this hunt. You can expect to see 250# bears with the potential to harvest larger up to 500#. If you enjoy fishing you will want to bring your gear along to lure some Brook Trout as well. Joe Peachey has hunted many times with this outfitter and says this is gorgeous country and a “real treat” to hunt with Turnpike Ridge Quebec. Thank you George for this 100% donation.
PLEASE NOTE: Quebec Laws require proof of hunter safety course or previous hunting license from any state to purchase a hunting license. Fluorescent orange is required for all spring hunts. All firearms must be registered upon entry at the cost of $25 Canadian funds.
