Welcome to Monashee Outfitting. Your host, Brian Glaicar, hold the exclusive rights to 4000 sq. kms of territory covering the northern sections of the Monashee and Selkirk mountain ranges. This is the largest territory in the Kootenay region of BC. Brian and his team have a "passion for pursuit" which makes the trip both enjoyable and successful. This is a true interior Grizzly Bear hunt with excellent quality animals being taken. It is a 12-day 1:1 spot and stalk hunt will take you over avalanche chutes and around river bottoms and lakeshores in search of a big boar. This is a high success hunting taking bears in the range from 7 – 8 ½ foot in length.
Your accommodations will be in the lodge located on the shore of Lake Revelstoke, which is only accessible by boat. The lodge boast all the amenities of home including wood heat, electricity, indoor plumbing, hot showers, and internet and phone access. All meals are prepared onsite and any special dietary requests can be accommodated. Transportation is included from Kelowna, BC, licenses, tags, HPF and taxes are not included.

Unless otherwise specified, the outfitter will be responsible for the care of the preliminary trophy preparation, salting and transportation of trophies and meat to the departure point, at no additional cost. Departure point is noted in each donation profile. The successful auction bidder will be responsible for all transportation costs and crating for the departure point to their home or taxidermist. Licenses, tags and other fees are at the expense of the successful bidder. Upon receipt of certified funds, the outfitter will acquire licenses and tags prior to the hunt. In the hunt listings, you will see the from time to time the letters “TBA” which means “to be arranged” with the guide outfitter. Successful bidders will be required to sign an insurance liability waiver form prior to taking their hunt or other wilderness trip. Al trips must be taken within the time specified. Any changes are at the sole discretion of the guide outfitter making the donation. All trips are for one person unless otherwise specified.
