Notes for the Winning Bidder:
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM.
The successful bidder agrees to follow and abide by all HOA and RedRock rules and regulations during their stay. A valid credit card will be required to cover any potential damages, and the guest will be fully responsible for any damages that occur during the reservation.
The stay is subject to availability in 2026 and must be scheduled and completed within the 2026 calendar year.
Scheduling details and contact information will be provided to the successful bidder after the auction concludes.
