American made pump-action shotgun chambered for 2-3/4" 12 Gauge shotshells, and manufactured in Chicopee Falls, MA. The Stevens Model 820B was produced between 1949 and 1963. Shotgun features a blued finish, a cut-down 18" round barrel, bore measures 'Cylinder' with a drop-in gauge, smooth curved trigger, annular cut cross-bolt manual safety at the front of the trigger guard, 3/4 length magazine tube, single action bar, and serrated slide release. The refinished hardwood furniture consists of a smooth semi-pistol gripped shoulder stock, grooved corn-cob style slide handle, 13" length-of-pull, and butt plate screws with no butt plate. The blued finish retained is approximately 85% with light scattered scratches, edge wear, thinning, contact wear from the slide handle, and the metal taking on a brown patina. Metal displays oxidative speckling, and there is minor deformation in some of the screw slots. The refinished hardwood furniture is in fair condition with light scattered scratches and dings, a split behind the receiver, and it needs a butt plate. The action is smooth and crisp, and the bore is smooth with some light peppering.
Condition is NRA Fair.
