Stevens Model 416 U.S. marked bolt action target rifle, .22 Long Rifle caliber, Serial #207305. The rifle is in fine overall condition with a 26” heavy barrel with a globe style front sight and the rear dovetail filled. Scope blocks have been added during the period of use. The rifle retains nearly all of the blue finish and is marked, “U.S. PROPERTY” with the flaming bomb emblem on the receiver. A period aperture sight has been added during the period of use. The smooth wood target stock is in very good condition with small mars from field use and a canvas sling has been added. The bore is good, the action is crisp and the markingsare sharp. The lot includes one correct magazine. Est.: $200-$400. (C+R).
