SN: 3610 No.34-1/2 22LR Antique American made single shot rimfire pistol manufactured circa 1872-1900. This earlier numbered example has the early single line barrel address. Features a blued 24" part octagon/part round tip-up barrel, automatic extractor, dovetailed front sight with 2 position globe & post or blade, dovetailed notch rear sight mounted several inches forward of breech, threaded holes in back strap for Vernier sight (no sight present), smooth spur trigger, knurled hammer spur, nickel plated iron frame, and two-piece smooth walnut grips. Matching serial numbers are found on the barrel, frame & stock. Bore is poor to fair, showing light pitting throughout, fair continuous rifling. Blued parts show a medium patina brown color, little bare metal, light pitting all around breech. Frame and stock retain about 15% dull gray nickel, mostly patina brown color. Grips are very good, showing small dents. Action is smooth. Some light denting to chamber from firing pin strikes. Barrel release has a new replacement button head.
