Steyr-Daimler Mannlicher bolt action rifle, 7mm caliber, Serial #7435. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” barrel with a banded, hooded front and two-leaf folding rear sights. The rifle retains asignificant amount of the blue finish with double set triggers, butter knife bolt handle and a magazine base plate marked, “Stoeger Arms Corp. New York Sole U.S. Agents”. The finely checkered wood half stock has an ebony fore tip, pistol grip and a pancake cheek piece. The butt stock ends with a ventilated rubber recoil pad providing a 13 ¾” LOP to the front trigger. The rifle has sling swivels and a military style leather sling.The rifle is topped with a Bausch & Lomb Balvar 8A 2.5 x 8 variable power scope with crisp, clear optics. The bore is bright, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp. Est.: $800-$1,600. (C+R).
