***Mechanical Problem*** Austrian military single action semi-automatic service pistol manufactured circa 1915, imported by Vega, Sacramento CA. Features a blued finish, 5.1" barrel, dovetailed inverted 'v' front sight, 'v' notched rear sight, smooth trigger, serrated hammer spur, thumb safety/slide catch on the left side of the frame, internal 8 round magazine, integral stripper clip guide cuts in the slide, lanyard loop on the butt and two-piece checkered walnut grips. Marked "W-n (eagle) 18" above trigger on right side of frame. Slide numbered "9338J". Bore is good to very good condition, showing lightly frosted appearance throughout. Retains 85% matte re-blue, with some slight erosion of markings, edge losses, several small areas of light pitting. Trigger, hammer, barrel, safety & several other small parts are brushed finish bare metal, in very good condition. Grips are solid, fair to good, showing smoothed gouges, loss to checkering points. Depressing trigger does not release hammer. Hammer must be manually withdrawn slightly to allow moving safety lever to "safe", hammer will drop when safety taken "off". ***Unsafe Condition requires repair*** Condition is NRA Poor (Repair Required) ***C&R Firearm***
