Sundown Outfitting – Alberta Non-resident Mule Deer Hunt
Please review and understand all Preview Instructions and Terms and Conditions before you bid. No refunds of any kind!
Generally, outfitters do not allow back to back donation hunts, so even if the description is not explicit, do not buy more than one hunt per country! If you want to string together two or more hunts, you must gain the approval of all outfitters ahead of bidding.
There is an implicit stipulation that any donation is for new customers only. Check with your outfitter!
Frank Wesley of Sundown Outfitting has generously donated an Alberta mule deer hunt for one person for the 2020 season. This hunt is one of the premier hunts available in Alberta and is only open to non-residents.

The donation includes six days of rifle hunting during November which will be spot and stalk. It also includes lodging in a hunting camp, food, guides and field trophy handling. You will be responsible for your transportation to and from Calgary airport, where Frank or one of his guides will pick you up, before and after trip expenses, alcohol beverages, cancellation insurance, all taxidermy, meat processing and gratuities.

If you want to add on an additional animal hunt, we recommend you discuss with Frank ahead of the auction as there is a limited number of tags available due to quota. An additional hunter is $8,500 US plus 5% GST.

Sundown Outfitting is based in Fort Mcleod, Alberta about 200 km south of Calgary, and they hunt the rolling foothills of the Rocky Mountains. The area is known for its large mule deer, and during the rut, you may be able to see up to 50 mule deer bucks a day. Sundown also offers elk, moose, and whitetail hunts, and when the situation allows for it, the occasional wolf is taken.

For more information, or to discuss please contact Frank at (403)394-4228. Several directors have hunted in this area and can vouch for both Frank, and the area.

We thank Frank Wesley for this great hunt and his support of SCI Calgary.
