1. Full Payment is due the day of the auction. Strictly CREDIT CARD, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express. 18% online buyers. No drafts. Please make full payment before leaving premises for any reason. Appropriate sales tax will be collected.
2. All descriptions that appear herein have been consequently described by the seller and the auctioneers; however, neither the seller nor the
auctioneers assume any liability for any errors or omissions.
3. The seller and the auctioneers make no representation of warranty
on the goods as to their merchantability or their fitness for general or

Pick-up week will be Monday April 27th through Friday May 1st from 10:00AM-4:00PM each day by appointment with the Signup Genius link provided in your invoice. Nothing shall be removed without a paid receipt. EVERYTHING NOT PICKED UP BY 4:00PM FRIDAY 05/01/2026 OR MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR DELIVERY WITH A SHIPPING COMPANY OR HAULING COMPANY, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $10/LOT/DAY. IF YOU HAVE NOT PICKED UP OR ARRANGED FOR DELIVERY WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE AUCTION, YOUR PROPERTY IS CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND BECOMES PROPERTY OF THE AUCTION COMPANY.
6. The successful high bidder is responsible for the lot purchased from the
time the auctioneer calls it sold. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers
assume any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft occurring after the
hammer falls.
7. Neither the seller nor the auctioneers assume any responsibility for any
injuries suffered while inspecting or buying.
8. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check the federal, state and
local laws governing the purchase, possession and transportation of all items.
