THORMAHLEN & COCHRAN: 7-Day Hunt in Namibia for One Hunter and One Non-Hunter for a Non-Exportable
Donor and exhibitor, Peter Thormahlen of Thormahlen & Cochran Safaris Namibia, has donated a fantastic 7 day, 1x1 guided, non-exportable ("own use") hippo hunt for one hunter and one non-hunter in the Kavango (Caprivi) concession of Namibia.

The hunt will take place in a conservancy, characterized by the floodplains of the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers. It is a combination of open grassland, lush woodland forests, wetlands, rivers and deltas - a unique and beautiful eco system. This is an ideal opportunity for an avid hunter who wants to hunt big game in free range style but who is not interested in taxidermy and importation of trophies. Your safari will also hugely contribute towards conservation as the proceeds and meat are used towards the betterment of the local community members. Additional activities include bird shooting, fishing, boat cruise to the Chobe National Park, visiting of native villages and unequalled wildlife photography. Method of take is rifle.

Schedule hunt with the outfitter for open dates in 2022 or 2023.

Thormahlen & Cochran Safaris provides a high-quality tented safari lodge, outstanding African cuisine, 4x4 Land Cruiser hunting cars, highly trained trackers and friendly, well-mannered and energetic professional hunters are all included in your safari. Additional hunters are welcome at $450/day and non-hunters at $250/day.

Not included are any before/after hunt expenses, flights, 15% VAT on daily rates and gratuities. Rifle rental available. Arrival/departure point is Katima Mulilo, Namibia, or Kasane in Botswana.
