Montana Tiny Homes is making their debut at Elk Camp
by fully-donating one of their amazing tiny houses!
This cabin can be setup as a permanent structure or
disassembled and moved numerous times. Perfect for
a hunting or fi shing cabin, a backyard offi ce or den, a
garden house, man-cave or she-shack, play house or
the cutest little guest house you’ve ever seen! Using
100% natural wood, kiln dried to very low moisture
levels, and milled logs that allow for easy stacking,
shipping and interior design, their cabin kits are
tongue and groove assembly as opposed to standard
construction. Once done with the outside, you are
done with the inside, and there is minimal construction
mess to clean up. This cabin is 9’10”x 9’10” and 8’10”
high with a total of 84 square feet. Check out all of their

Auction Terms of Sale
The auctioneer has final authority on the amount bid for any item and/or the identity of the purchaser of any item. By bidding on an item or service, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase that item or service. All sales are final.
Buyer’s Premium and Sales Tax

Firearms
All firearms will be shipped from RMEF headquarters in Missoula, MT to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer of the winner/buyer’s choice. It is the responsibility of any raffle winner or auction buyer to make arrangements with the FFL and to know the local firearms laws. Before taking possession, the winner/buyer will be required to complete a background check. If for any reason the winner/buyer is not eligible to receive the firearm, it is not the responsibility of RMEF to provide an alternate or to issue any refunds.
Hunts and Trips
Additional expenses not included in donated hunts and trips may include but are not limited to gratuity, taxes, taxidermy, transportation, meat packaging and processing, and shipping.
Tax Deductions/IRS
The market value or estimated fair market value will be provided for each auction item. IRS rules permit a charitable contribution for the amount paid in excess of fair market value. Only that part of the payment made with the intention of making a gift and for which the taxpayer receives no consideration qualifies as a contribution. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of any item purchased at auction.
