TOLILE GAME LODGE: 5-Day Plains Game Hunt To Include Buffalo for Six Hunters and Four Observers
Join Tolile Game Lodge on a fantastic 5-day Hunting safari for up to six hunters in Thabazimbi South Africa.
The hunt will take place on our private concession. The areas are incredibly beautiful with expansive ranges. Relax and enjoy the sight and sound of Africa on the deck, which overlooks the Limpopo River.
Here, bird life abounds and shy animals like Bushbuck and porcupines might also come into view. When the river flows, you may even spot hippos and crocodiles.
Our chef hopes to spoil you, in the spacious lounge and dining room area, with his African cuisine. You may also choose to sit around the fire and enjoy the experience of a typical South African braai (barbeque).
Included in the hunt are $1000 trophy credit, accommodations at our exclusive hunting lodge with en-suite bathrooms, meals and beverages, transportation during hunt, and trophy prep.
Additional hunters are welcome at $350/hunter and also observers for $280/person per day.
This hunt may be upgraded to include additional days and/or species from the current price list and can be taken in 2024 or 2025.
Hunt may be taken with a rifle or bow.
Not included in the donation: Airfare to and from Johannesburg, transportation to and from airport to lodge, conservation fees, dip and pack if taxidermy done in United States, gratuities, and VAT on the value of the donation.
Please note: a hunter is someone who harvests a minimum of two animals per our current price list, if not, daily rates will apply.
A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure hunt dates.

Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder, the donor and/or the shipper of their choice. HSCF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until HSCF receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

Our mission is to preserve the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the promotion of our hunting heritage. Our members come from a diverse background and have a wide variety of hunting, fishing, outdoor and other interests. But they all have one thing in common-their passion for the outdoors, a love of hunting, a commitment to the responsible management of our national resources, the education of future generations and the responsibilities of being hunter-conservationists. How do we effect change? HSCF has awarded 600 scholarships totaling $2.7 million dollars. We conduct youth outdoor education programs, career training, hunter education and field experiences throughout the year. HSCF has provided over $4 million in grants for hunter-funded conservation initiatives including research, habitat protection, species proliferation, wildlife management, water projects, urban sprawl projects, anti-poaching campaigns and other efforts. AUCTION RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following rules apply to all bidders participating in online bidding and must be followed unequivocally. All decisions of the auctioneer will be final. The auctioneer and HSCF staff will render decisions on any disputes regarding the bids during the auction.
HSCF supports and promotes hunts and trips from donors who are members in good standing with their local and national hunting associations.
Some items, as components of donated hunts, may or may not be included unless specified. This may pertain to travel expenses to and from destination; hotel and meals before and after the hunt; alcoholic beverages; trophy dipping, packaging and shipping; gratuities and other items. Please review the details for each auction item.
Most hunt donations have specified dates for which they may be taken. Special arrangements other than as set forth in the auction descriptions are expressly between the donor and the auction winner.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense.
The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each winning bid. At the conclusion of the auction, the winner will receive an email acknowledgment and a paid invoice once payment has been processed.
In the event the winner's card is declined, HSCF will make one (1) attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, HSCF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer the item for resale.
HSCF online auction winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
Online bidders agree to not interfere or disrupt the standard working function of any aspect of the online auction, via any device, software or other means.
If an active bidder is not satisfied with an aspect of the online auction, the bidder's only recourse is to discontinue use of the online auction system prior to the conclusion of bidding or the purchase of an item.
HSCF reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction and/or to void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and offer any goods affected by any malfunction for resale.
All disputes regarding HSCF auction items purchased during this auction shall be submitted in writing to HSCF. All disputes and/or requests for refunds must detail and demonstrate proof of dispute. HSCF, at its sole discretion, may or may not approve a requested refund, based on the evidence and information provided. Credits or refunds will not be given, for any reason that is beyond the control of HSCF, if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item with the time frame described in the auction description. Credits will not be provided by HSCF for any item for which the donor and buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction description as provided during this auction.
For any approved credits or refunds, which will be made at the sole discretion of HSCF and are final, the credit or refund will not exceed the amount allocated to HSCF for the specific item, in the case of items for proceeds are to be shared with any third party.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to read the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability for Goods & Services. By bidding on any auction item, whether in person or online, the bidder agrees that they have read, understand and agree to the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability.
