This fully outfitted hunt for one hunter takes place in unit 12 in the northwestern part of the state. The unit has great age class and genetics, and it has the potential to produce 180” to 200” bucks. The hunter will have access to over 500,000 acres of private ranches. This will be a five-day fully outfitted hunt with meals, lodging, and one-on-one guide service provided. The hunter can choose between the general rifle season (Oct 28 - Nov 1, 2023) and the general muzzle-loader season (Nov 11-15, 2023), or the hunt can be slipped to those same seasons in 2023. The hunter will be responsible for all licensing fees with the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish.

Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!

Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
