TULE ELK HUNT FOR 1 HUNTER 5 DAYS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH JOSH PEIXOTO
The tule elk is a subspecies of elk found only in California, ranging from the grasslands and marshlands of the Central Valley to the grassy hills on the coast. The tule is the smallest of North American elk, but elk are the second largest member of the deer family after the moose. The adult bulls have an average weight of 450-700 lbs., with some topping the scales at over 800 lbs.
This is a rare opportunity -- tule elk are rebounding from almost distinction thanks to the coordination of conservation organizations such as San Francisco Bay Area Safari Club and the California Fish & Wildlife.
This exceptional hunt, donated by Josh Peixoto, will take place the end of August through September. Recently this hunt has been 100% success with archery or rifle, with 270 to 330 inch bulls.
This hunt is for 5 days, schedule with outfitter for specific dates. You will be hunting on 15,000 acres east of King City, CA.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the hunt or trip donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements. If you fail to contact the donor within thirty days of the date of your purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
All auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all hunts or trips must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
A majority of outfitters do not allow "stringing" of donation hunts (purchase of multiple hunts in a single country), even if it is not explicitly stated in the hunt description, so please don't buy more than one hunt per country. If you want to string together two or more donated hunts, be sure to gain the approval of ALL the outfitters ahead of bidding, to ensure they will honor your purchases.
Auction hunts are donated in good faith by the donor. Donations are made to both raise money for our core missions, and secondly to attract new customers to outfitters. Most outfitters do not accept multiple purchases by the same bidder to be used all together as one item. Please be respectful of the opportunity you have been offered!
Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter.
