1) Cal. 40. NSN. 7" Overall. Bbl. 3 1/4" 2 stage oct. to rnd. tapered w/ ringed notched faced cannon muzzle, ringed transition. Engraved en suite iron lock, cock, breech, brass trigger guard & sideplate. Well fit walnut stock w/ moldings around lock, rear of bbl. & sideplate. An elegant little Revolutionary war era pistol CONDITION: very good overall, original & matching, sm. number “785” stamped in wood opposite lock above sideplate. Mechanically sound w/ clear smooth bore. 2) Cal. 42. NSN. 7" Overall. Bbl. 3" 2 stage oct. to rnd. tapered w/ ringed transition. Simplistic unengraved iron mts. & plain rustic stock. Diminutive unsupported flat serpentine cock. CONDITION: very good overall, metal has a mottled gray patina, stock is sound, well fit w/ hand worn patina still showing areas of raised grain.
