TY MURRAY TRIBUTE RIFLE #59/500

This Winchester Model 94 was created to honor Ty
Murray, rodeo’s living legend. A seven-time world
champion, all-around cowboy, Ty Murray competed in
all three, rough stock events—bareback riding, saddle
bronc and bull riding. He may well be the greatest rider
of all time. There were only 500 of these 30-30s created.
The left side of the receiver features a stunning portrait
of Ty Murray meticulously etched in gold and blue,
framed in a nickel shield fl anked by scenes of Ty doing
what he did best – bull and saddle bronc riding. Nickel
scrollwork surrounds the images. The right side of the
receiver features a gold shield recognizing Ty as a
seven-time world champion all- around cowboy, plus
a scene of Ty bareback riding. The lever is nickel and
blued and features the Ty Murray logo. The barrel bands
are hand-polished and fi nished in nickel.

The auctioneer has final authority on the amount bid for any item and/or the identity of the purchaser of any item. By bidding on an item or service, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchase that item or service. All sales are final.

Firearms
All firearms will be shipped from RMEF headquarters in Missoula, MT to an FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer of the winner/buyer’s choice. It is the responsibility of any raffle winner or auction buyer to make arrangements with the FFL and to know the local firearms laws. Before taking possession, the winner/buyer will be required to complete a background check. If for any reason the winner/buyer is not eligible to receive the firearm, it is not the responsibility of RMEF to provide an alternate or to issue any refunds.
Hunts and Trips
Additional expenses not included in donated hunts and trips may include but are not limited to gratuity, taxes, taxidermy, transportation, meat packaging and processing, and shipping.
Tax Deductions/IRS
The market value or estimated fair market value will be provided for each auction item. IRS rules permit a charitable contribution for the amount paid in excess of fair market value. Only that part of the payment made with the intention of making a gift and for which the taxpayer receives no consideration qualifies as a contribution. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of any item purchased at auction.
