This package entitles two (2) people to a three (3) night stay in a Casa Grande or Turner House King-Bedded Guestroom at Vermejo, a Ted Turner Reserve, the unparalleled example of large landscape conservation in North America.
Guests will experience luxurious, turn-of-century accommodations: Casa Grande was constructed by Joseph Lyman Silsbee (1848-1913) (mentor to legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright) as a private residence during 1907-1909 and reopened after a 4-year renovation project to restore its original grandeur in 2016. In 2020, Turner completed an extensive renovation of the historic stone mansion Turner House and reopened the luxury accommodation with ten guest rooms and lovely intimate gathering spaces.
Turner purchased Vermejo in 1996, and it is the largest Ted Turner Reserves vacation property at approximately 558,000 acres (roughly the size of Rhode Island). Located in northern New Mexico and southern Colorado, Vermejo is nothing short of spectacular with diverse terrain spanning from short-grass prairie to alpine tundra mountains at 13,000 feet. For fishing enthusiasts, there are 19 fishable lakes and over 30 miles of stream. Vermejo is home to abundant wildlife populations, including large herds of elk, deer, pronghorn antelope and bison, along with black bears, mountain lions, and Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep.
In partnership with Ted Turner Reserves, Vermejo offers exceptional opportunities to enjoy and interact with the natural world and serves as one of the premiere nature tourism destinations in the world. Vermejo adventure activities include hiking, biking, fishing, wildlife viewing, Via Ferrata climbing, and more.
The package includes:
Accommodations for 2 people in a king-bedded Guestroom in Casa Grande or Turner House for 3 nights
All meals and non-alcoholic beverages for 2 guests
One full-day elevated experience for 2 guests, includes on-Reserve transportation and private guide (e.g., Koehler mining camp tour, survivor challenge, high country lakes UTV tour & hike)
All half-day experiences for 2 guests, includes on-Reserve transportation and guide(s) and independently explored experiences (e.g., hiking, fitness trail)
Stay must occur by December 31, 2027 and is subject to availability and blackout dates
After the auction winner books their stay modifications are limited. A one-time modification may be allowed at the discretion of the Reserve.

Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. NNMSCI assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until NNMSCI receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes NNMSCI to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party.

Auction Terms and Conditions
Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A. Travel expenses to and from destination
B. Hotel and meals before and after the hunt
C. Alcoholic beverages
D. Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E. Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31, 2018. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations will require delivery at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and the IRS for more information.
Disclaimer of Liability
Goods
All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by NNMSCI and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, ammunition, or other items, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of NNMSCI. NNMSCI makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. NNMSCI does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Services
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by NNMSCI. NNMSCI shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, NNMSCI cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can NNMSCI be accountable for any inquiries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, NNMSCI shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
NNMSCI is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
