FTW Ranch offers this 4-day/5-night SAAM Precision and Safari Hunt Combo Course for two hunters. Ranch instructors will help the hunters improve their shooting/hunting skills with their own equipment to be better prepared for that hunt of a lifetime. Most importantly, hunters will fully understand their shooting limitations - that is what “Makes a Great Hunter!” This 4-Day Package includes 2 days of complete SAAMTM training, followed by hunting AM/PM of days three and four for top quality FTW Species, with more SAAM training during the middle of the day. Participants will be shooting around 180 rounds during SAAMTM training. You will learn the effects of the environment on your ballistics and how to compensate by utilizing our “real world” ranges throughout the rugged FTW Ranch. You will spend a great deal of time in many challenging shooting scenarios and positions and learn how to use your own gear and surroundings to make great longer-range shots and learn how to be ready for Dangerous Game! Perfect for Medium and Big Bore calibers! Bring 200 total of your hunting rounds, two guns max per shooter, please. Trophy fees/hunting seasons apply. Hunts are Expensive and Rewarding! Be ready! Know your weapon’s capabilities and be at your best before you go! The Purchaser is buying TWO SAAMTM/Hunt Combo spots and $3,000 trophy fees for each hunter. This trip must be taken in 2026 during scheduled SAAMTM Hunt Combo Courses. Additional spots are available ($4,950 each plus trophy fees). Included with this item are: Five nights/four days of first-class meals and lodging, SAAM instruction and guiding, beverages/refreshments, rifle cleaning supplies, hearing protection, shoulder pads, and other nice gear! Arrive Friday PM, Depart Wednesday AM. This combo experience must be scheduled within 60 days from the date of purchase. Scheduled on a first come/first served basis during our 2026 regularly scheduled SAAM Hunt/Combo courses, MUST BE TAKEN BY End of 2026! Purchaser must be an auction attendee! This item may not be transferred or resold. Two Guns Maximum, please. Excluded from the Donation: Trophy Fees (below) above the $3,000 credit (can only be used for trophy fee) and all other purchases (including gratuities, weapons rental, showroom supplies and ammunition) are payable at the FTW at checkout. Bring your own weapons and ammo, rental weapons are available. Transportation to/from the FTW Ranch (2.5 hours west of San Antonio) and hunting license are not included. Please bring the ammo that you plan to hunt with, which can be shipped via UPS/Fed Ex to the FTW Ranch. Youth hunters are welcome at $2,475 plus trophy fees and observers are welcome at $1,000 per person. If a Youth comes as one of two spots provided with this purchase, no credits will be given. The Trophy fee credit is not transferrable to another time or expenses. If you would like to attend a regular SAAM Precision or Safari Course without hunting, forfeit the Trophy Fee Allowance.

By submitting an electronic bid in the DSC Great Lakes Regional Chapter virtual auction in March 2026, bidder acknowledges that all bids submitted are legally binding offers to purchase and, if accepted as the high bid by the auctioneer, constitutes a legally bidding contract between the bidder and the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter. Once submitted, no bid may be removed. The auctioneer is the sole authority in establishing specific bid increments, the high bidder (purchaser), and the amount bid. Successful bidder acknowledges further that, should their bid be accepted as the high bid by the auctioneer, they are legally responsible to consummate the sale not later than the 12:00 a.m. the date immediately following the auction sale. Specific goods and/or services described in the official auction offering constitute the full and complete agreement between the high bidder and the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter, its Board of Directors, donors and Dallas Safari Club, individually and/or collectively. Neither the DSC - Great Lakes Regional Chapter, specific hunt donors and/or Dallas Safari Club guarantee or warrant that trophy animals of any species, or that any animals of any quality, will be taken on any hunt/trip offered for sale by means of the Chapter auction.
Consummation of an auction purchase, as described above, is an acknowledgement that the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter, its Board of Directors and/or Dallas Safari Club affirm that they have not in any manner inspected good/services sold via auction. Further, buyer is advised to secure a competent inspection of firearms, archery equipment, knives, ammunition, and weapons of any manner prior to use. All goods are sold as is without any warranty of any type, of faults and/or defects of any manner. All warrantees and/or guarantees for all goods and/or services are those provided solely by specific manufactures.
All services sold by means of the auction have been secured from, and are to be provided by, third parties. No services of any kind are to be provided directly by the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter or by Dallas Safari Club. DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter and Dallas Safari Club bear no responsibility/liability for the delivery or quality of services of any item sold by means of the auction or any loss or damage arising from, or connected to, performance or non-performance of any service purchased by means of the auction. Further, purchaser acknowledges that actions of governmental agencies, foreign or domestic, are beyond the control of the DSC – Great Lakes Regional Chapter and/or Dallas Safari Club.
