3 Day / 2 Night Hunt for 2 Hunters
Join L&L Adventures on a fully guided trophy exotic hunt for 2 hunters with a $4,000 credit towards 4 trophy exotics ($1,000 credit per trophy exotic, 2 trophy exotics per hunter). The Calhoun Ranch offers over 30 plus species of exotics that can be hunted year-round. L&L Adventures is located deep in the heart of Texas in the Wimberley Valley roughly one hour from Austin and San Antonio. This package includes 3 days and 2 nights of meals and lodging, guide fees and field dressing/skinning/quartering of animals. Trip to be taken between January - September 2020. Additional trophy animals and/or additional hunters can be added at a 10% discount. Extra days/nights and non-hunters can be added at outfitter posted daily rates. Hunter responsible for exotic license valued at $48. Transportation to and from the ranch is hunters responsibility.

of auction items and prizes; however, accept no liability

All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or
refunds on items. Every effort has been made to ensure
the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the
satisfaction of the donor or the buyer. In reference to
hunt donations; it is the purchasers’ responsibility to
contact the donor immediately and make all the necessary
arrangements regarding dates and application for any
necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.

LIVE AUCTION
1. Auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items
this evening.
2. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at
the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final.
3. Purchaser will be presented with Auction Claim Invoice
to sign, verifying purchase.
4. Purchaser will be given an information package on the
live auction item purchased.
5. It is the purchasers’ responsibility to contact the donor
and make all the necessary arrangements.
6. Purchaser must make payment tonight by: credit card.
7. Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the
purchaser.
