Explore thousands of acres of the west Texas panhandle as you hunt sandhill cranes (limit is three/day!) and, at certain times, lesser Canada geese. The trip for two hunters can be taken between November 2021 and January 2022. This three day/three night guided (4X1) hunt in-cludes lodging and breakfasts at a four star hotel, lunch with your guides at local diners and cafes, and hearty chuckwagon meals and cold drinks served by Diamond Wing Outfitters staff every evening. Afternoon duck or pheasant hunting can be added for $200 per person per day. A hunting license will run about $85 and a shotgun with ammunition can be rented for $200 if you don’t want to bring your own gun.

Liability: Arizona Bighorn Association has exercised reasonable care in the selection of auction items and raffles; however, it accepts no liability for the use or misuse and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety, or function, either expressed or implied.
Return Policy: All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds on any item! Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer.
Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!
Shipping: Buyer are responsible for the shipping costs for any item purchased.
Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
