Three Day New Mexico Cow Elk Hunt for One Hunter

Black Mountain Outfitters has donated a 3-day, fair chase, cow elk hunt for one hunter on the Great Western Ranch in New Mexico in November and December 2019 or 2020.

We run cow elk hunts on over 330,000 acres of private property in unit 12 in New Mexico. We have the largest most contiguous area to hunt in Western New Mexico on private land. We have a stable elk population of 2000-3000 year-round. Cow hunters will have plenty of shot opportunities while hunting on our private ranches. Last year we ran 95% kill success with 100% shot opportunity on our cow hunts. We offer cow hunts in the months of November and December and we also have a combination hunt with Mule Deer in Late October. All hunters get to stay in our lodge and have full access to all of our facilities.
