Vacation stay for 4 at NDA's Kip Adams' hunting camp. This has been newly remodeled as a vacation rental for outside of deer season. Enjoy a 3 day/2 night stay in the beautiful mountains of north-central Pennsylvania. Hike, bike or ride UTV/ATV on miles of trails traversing 700 acres. Fish the on-site pond or nearby stream; enjoy the mountains, fields and food plots; watch wildlife; or simply relax on the deck at camp. Local wildlife includes numerous species of songbirds, hawks, owls and bald eagles; squirrels, rabbits and upland game birds; furbearers ranging from raccoons and fishers to foxes and coyotes; and of course wild turkeys, black bears and white-tailed deer. The camp includes new appliances, cookware, coffee pot, master bedroom, two additional bedrooms with bunks, two full baths, and excellent Verizon LTE cell service. Four wheel drive truck or UTV/ATV required for access. Range of available dates from 1 June through 1 September 2022 (July 4th weekend is NOT available). This stay must be used during the times listed for the year 2022. Additional nights and people up to 16 people max is available for $200 a night for the original 4 people and $15 per person per night after the original 4. The camp is located in Tioga County, PA.

Any bid made during this online auction for the National Deer Association (NDA) constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase and requires that the bid amount be paid at the close of the auction. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal (for non-firearm items). Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice being received by the winning bidder. If payment is not received, the auction item will be offered to the next highest bidder. Shipping & Handling:
The National Deer Association (NDA) will contact every winner by email or phone for details on setting up proper shipping, hunt information, FFL, or other necessary arrangements once payment is received. Please note, it may take 7 to 10 days after receiving your payment before NDA contacts you to make arrangements; however, all efforts will be made to make contact with you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs for physical items to be sent to your desired address will be added to the final price for all items unless otherwise specified. Payment must be received through the online auction payment platform, PayPal, or by contacting NDA directly prior to the item being shipped.
Firearms:
NDA will contact the winner of firearms to request a Federal Firearms License (FFL) information for shipping. All firearms winners must receive their purchased firearms through a local FFL and pass all appropriate Federal, State, and/or local background checks and permitting as required by their local laws.
