Serial #1443217. The rifle is in very good overall condition with a 24” Springfield marked barrel with the flaming bomb emblem dated 11-31. The metal surfaces retain the majority of their military finish with small mars, light surface erosion and some loss of finish on the trigger guard. The smooth wood stock is in good condition showing moderate wear with some damage on the left side of the fore end. The butt ends with a smooth steel butt plate with trap. The bore is fair, the action crisp and markings are sharp. (C+R). Est.: $400-$800.
