ACCOUTREMENTS. Grouping consists of leather holster, Model 1936 pistol belt, mag. pouch plus first aid pouch. Holster is marked "U.S." on flap. Marked on back of belt loop "U.S." / "GRATON & KNIGHT CO.". Holster is equipped w/ Model 1910 belt hook plus rawhide tie down thong. Flap is retained by brass finial. Green web pistol belt w/ alloy buckle. Two sliding keepers plus mag. pouch retaining snap. Belt is marked on outside w/ "U.S." and stenciled "2249". Marked on inside "R.M. CO. 1945". Two pocket mag pouch marked "U.S." on flap. Flap retained by "STAR PULL" fastener. Markings on back are indistinct. Date appears to be "194?". Web first aid pouch w/ 1910 belt hook. Flap is marked with "U.S." and is retained by "KWIKIT" fastener. Marked on back ''DUBUQUE AWNING & TENT CO." / "1945". Pouch contains Carlisle model first aid packet. CONDITION: all items in very good condition will very light wear. Stitching is tight. PROVENANCE: The Collection of Edward Scott Meadows. (02-22096/RW). $400-600.
