There may be additional fees charged by the US Government, ATF, and your FFL or broker to be able to receive your item.
Storage fees of $5.00 per item per month will be charged on all items that we have not received paperwork for within 120 days of the sale. If you are unable to complete the required paperwork within 1 year your lots will be sold at the next auction. You will be charged a commission on the resale.
Canadian de-activated firearms do not meet the requirements for import into the USA and therefore will require additional export documentation before being sent. (Lot Series 5000)
We can no longer ship directly any sort of Firearm to an International buyer (not USA) They must be shipped by a third party exporter. We work with several. Please contact us for details.

Due to Covid-19 there will be no preview for this auction. Our Auction Hall is closed to the public. If you wish more information on an item please email admin@switzersauction.com include your phone #. A member of our staff will contact you when they can have the item in their hand, and provide you with any further details you require. We will staff available to make phone calls Monday - Friday 10-2 EDT. We must have these requests in by Friday Aug 21st at 2:00pm. We will not have staff available after this time. Sale starts Online at 9:00 am Aug 22nd 2020.

Your credit card provided to us will be charged for your purchases on Aug 22nd 2020 If we are shipping your products to you a second charge for shipping will occur once your product is ready to ship. A $25.00 non processing fee will be added to any credit cards that we can't process. Please ensure that we have the correct number, and expiry. Recurrent problem payers, may be banned from future sales.
We only receive the information given when you first sign up for the auction. If you update your credit card information you will need to call us at 1-800-694-2609 to give us the new information.
International buyers may be required to pay by "WIRE Transfer"

ADMINISTRATIVE FEES: As we are selling Firearms and Ammunition it is imperative that bidders/customers provide us their correct information. We require your full correct name as on your PAL, License #, Date of Birth, Mailing address that is associated with your PAL. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. TERMS & CONDITIONS: The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold in an 'As Is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. RESERVES: All items in this auction are sold unreserved. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.

A competent Gunsmith should be consulted before attempting to use or fire any Firearm or Ammunition. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall Switzer's Auction be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
