Italian made single-action black-powder revolver with a .36 caliber bore and chambers, and manufactured circa 1998 ('BL' date code). This is a replica of the 1851 Navy used by Clint Eastwood in the 1960s spaghetti westerns like the 'Man With No Name.' This revolver retains the Civil War-era black powder style loading lever, and it still utilizes black powder for that authentic feel. Revolver features a blued barrel and cylinder finish, brass trigger guard and grip straps, color-case hardened loading lever and frame, a 7 1/2" octagonal barrel, brass bead front sight, notched hammer rear sight, color-case hammer with a serrated spur, smooth curved trigger with a squared trigger guard, unfluted cylinder, single-piece walnut grips, and smooth grip straps. A naval engagement scene is engraved on the cylinder. The original blued finish retained is approximately 99% with only superficial handling blemishes. Metal displays no deformation, but there is oxidation on the rear of the cylinders by the nipples. Bore is bright with strong rifling, and the cylinder chambers show a very minute amount of oxidation. The action is smooth and crisp with a tight lock-up. Revolver includes the original factory cardboard box, owner's manual, and spare cylinder.
Condition is NRA Good.
