Ultra-Deluxe French style rosewood box for Colt 1849 Pocket Model with a 5” barrel small guard with silver mounts and plaque period engraved “Alexander Kerr”. The interior lined with lush blue velveteen in very good plusto almost fine condition showing minor wear and aging at contact points with pistol. Colt’s patent flask shows 70%-80% lacquer and very good plus to near fine also. “.31 PKT” marked mold shows 90%+ blue as does thewrench. Eley cap tin included. The exterior shows select grained rosewood and also very good plus condition with minor aging and some light scratches. This box would showcase magnificently a high grade and deluxeengraved ’49 pocket. A super Colt percussion accessory. Est.: $4,000-$8,000
