Tim Pilling of Book Cliff Outfitters has donated a 5 day
1 x 1 Rifle hunt for Mule Deer in the state of Utah.
The hunt will be scheduled for open dates in 2023 or 2024,
to be worked out with Tim. Mule Deer season in Utah is in
October, and everything you need is included on arrival in
Price, Utah. Tim can arrange a shuttle from Salt Lake City,
if you fly in, or you can drive, and bring your trophy and meat
home with you. Extra hunter can be accommodated as per
Tim’s regular price list. Tim can help you with the draw, as
he hunts 9 different zones, depending on what you would
like to do.
Accommodations will be in tents, or if the hunter prefers a
motel can be arranged. Fully equipped tent camp and all
bush meals included. Tim has hunted this area his whole
life and knows Muleys. Tags are fairly easy to draw, and Tim
or Johnny will help with your application. The units around
where Tim hunts, consist of huge mesas and ridges, ideal
habitat for old Muley bucks. Tim carries big, old expensive
bulky binos and can spot deer from miles away.
Get your rifle zeroed in and have a blast in Utah, chasing
big old high desert Mule Deer with Tim Pillling of Book Cliff
Outfitters. You can upgrade to more days with arrangements
with Tim. Tim also hunts Elk and other game, so send him a
text and discuss your upcoming Utah hunting adventure

1. Upgrading your hunt, while not required, is certainly appreciated by our donors. If you do not want to add another animal, consider bringing along a friend. This really helps out these outfitters and hunting companies that are trying to help us! With few exceptions, these donors are not wealthy philanthropists, but rather they donate to help wildlife, ensure the future of our sport, and generate new business for themselves. Please do what you can to help!
2. We do our best to solicit donated hunts only from competent outfitters. However, we do not guarantee the quality or success of any hunt purchased at this auction. All of this said, it is important to note that hunts purchased at our auction generally go very well, with both the donor and the buyer being well satisfied. Certain trips such as mountain hunts or spot and stalk hunts require a high level of physical fitness to maximize the opportunity for success. Other trips, such as game ranch hunts, are not physically demanding.
3. If you are unable to attend our live auction in person and wish to place bids for live auction items, you may submit a bid online by establishing an account and providing payment information through our third party online auction representative.
