Cal. 32. S# 10656. Bbl. 1.75" standard configuration nickel, brown gutta percha panels w/ central metal rosettes marked on either side “THE PROTECTOR PAT ‘s. MCH. 6. 93, AUG 29. 93” & “CHICAGO FIREARMS CO. CHICAGO, ILL”. Red inked accession number found on bbl. where once part of the New York Historical Society. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: 1999 appraisal document. CONDITION: appears very fine overall, retaining virtually all of its nickel, gutta percha panels & palm pad complete. The side panels which normally unscrews is frozen, so mechanism could not be examined for function. Bore is bright, shiny & appears unfired.
