VERY NICE BULGARIAN ARSENAL SLR 107CR FACTORY
SIDE FOLDER. Cal. 7.62x39. S# BA470641. Bbl. 16". One of the highest regarded AK designs to ever visit the commercial United States market is the Bulgarian Arsenal from Las Vegas, NV. The amount of mfg. accuracy is second only to the company pride. Regardless of model, there is no expense spared in order to be accurate & correct w/ every detail taken into consideration. The SLR107CR is chambered in 7.62x39 & emulates the midlength AK series, which typically has a 12.5" bbl., falling in between the tiny Krinkov & full-length rifle. In order to comply w/ US gun law & remain accurate to the original design the original 24x1.5 thread is present at the exact placement it would be w/ the short bbl., which makes this extremely advantageous for a Form 1 NFA build. For those who are satisfied w/ it’s current configuration, there are accessories which emulate the original military muzzle devices that can be incorporated w/ this 16" bbl. length & unique thread placement such as a slightly lengthened version of the standard flash hider, which utilizes the 24mm thread but extends to the muzzle as on this example. Finish on exposed metal surface is the correct black paint. Black plastic forend & heatshield. Front sight protected post & rear tangent sight marked to 500m w/ a radius of 11". Right side controls. Left side factory receiver scope mount. Stamped receiver. Left side black plastic factory folding stock. Black checkered plastic pistol grip. Sling swivels on left side while stock is folded, currently wearing a green canvas sling. MAGS: 1-5 rd. steel mag. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original owner’s manual. CONDITION: all outward appearances indicate very little usage if any at all. Receiver finish beneath selector is the only point of thinning which is typical of the mechanical intervention. Furniture is void of any blemishing & the interior of the muzzle brake is free of any carbon, further illustrating it hasn’t been fired. Shiny bore w/ strong rifling. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. (21-772/JZ). MODERN. $500-800.
