ADVERTISING LITHO. 38" x 29", back section depicts sunrise over a duck marsh w/ label "CONSERVE YOUR WATERFOWL / KILL CLEAN - DON'T CRIPPLE" along side diagrams illustrating the Super X short shot string w/ the slogan "More Dunks, Fewer Cripples". Overlay cutout depicts an old man in a duck boat w/ a Winchester Model 12 solid rib pump shotgun across his lap holding a box of Western Super-X shotgun shells. 28" Wide x 21", front piece displays a cutaway Super-X shot shell over a variety of Western cartridge boxes w/ the slogan "WESTERN / SHELLS AND CARTRIDGES / FOR EVERY KIND OF SHOOTING". Side bar proclaims the shells & have "Patented Steel-Locked Head for Safety, Sure Protection for Your Face". Bottom of display marked "WESTERN CARTRIDGE COMPANY / EAST ALTON, ILLINOIS". CONDITION: back panel has foldout stand attached edges at center seam showing some light tearing. Duck boat cutout has fold out stand attached. Front panel has sm. tears at bottom corners & is missing fold out stand. All 3 pieces show some wrinkling & discoloration from water damage. Colors are generally bright showing minimal light.
